SUMMER OLD-FASHIONED

Juicy peach and a touch of honey soften the edges of this timeless whisky cocktail without losing what makes an Old-Fashioned great. Simple, balanced, and made for golden hour.

Add to a mixing glass:

  • 1 ½ oz Laneway Far & Wide Whisky

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add in:

  • ½ a ripe peach, pit removed, peel left on, roughly chopped

Muddle until peach is crushed and juices are released. Add ice and stir or shake to chill.

Strain into a short glass or cocktail coupe over ice. Garnish with fresh peach slices or a cherry.
